For couples who want to take the reigns with their decor design, without the hassle of setting it up!

Hourly Rate Hire

Have an eye for design? Just need someone to set it up for you? Introducing our "Designed by YOU" hourly rate package! This package allows you the freedom and control to design all of your own decor, we just set it up for you. It's as simple as creating your design, taking a picture to send to us, and dropping off your decor. From there, we take care of setting everything up to your exact specifications. Enjoy the freedom and creativity of planning all the details for your own decor without having to spend the morning of your wedding setting everything up!

  • You will create your ideal designs for all areas of your event (centerpieces, backdrop, guest book area, etc.). After creating your designs, take a picture and send it to us. In the days leading up to your event we will meet so you can hand off your decor items to us. From there, we will take care of setting everything up so you can just enjoy!

  • We charge $100 per hour for set up services through the "Designed by YOU" package.

    After our initial consultation we will give you an estimate of how long we believe set up will take for your event. From there we will send you an invoice which will need to be paid in full prior to the event. 

  • The amount of time it will take depends on many factors (amount of tables, extensiveness of decor, size of the venue, etc.) However, most set ups take between 3-5 hours.

  • Yes, unlike our full service decorating packages, you are responsible for acquiring all decor items in the hourly hire package.

    Only backdrops, lighting, and ceiling drapery are able to be rented in addition to the hourly rate package, but these items will be charged at their set up rate not their rental rate. Small items (linens, centerpiece items, vases, etc.) are not able to be rented as part of the hourly rate package. If you are needing these items please book a full service decorating package.

    We do not give any design input in the hourly rate package. If you would like assistance with designing decor please book one of our full service decorating packages.
